학생비자 파트너를 위한 오픈 워크비자 확대 시행
6월 21일 뉴질랜드 정부는 그린리스트 (Green List) 에 포함된 직종을 공부하는 일부 학생들의 배우자에 대한 워크비자 자격을 확대한다고 발표했습니다.
이러한 결정으로 그린리스트에 명시된 레벨 7 또는 레벨 8 학업을 하는 학생의 배우자는 이제 오픈조건의 워크비자를 신청할 수 있습니다.
뉴질랜드 이민성은 특정 직업 등록 (Registration for occupations)을 해야하는 주요 학사 학위 (Bachelor degrees) 및 우등 학사 학위 (Bachelor Honours)에 대해 그린리스트에 업데이트 했으며, 이에 해당하는 공부를 하는 학생 비자 소지자가 이제 파트너의 파트너 워크비자 신청을 지원할 수 있음을 의미합니다.
이에 따라 해당 학생의 파트너는 공부하는 동안 오픈 워크비자를 받을 수 있으며, 자녀들은 도메스틱 학생비자를 받아 공립학교 무료 학비혜택이 가능하게 되었습니다.
